EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY

KARACHIC accepts returns as long as ALL of the following apply:

1. Exchanges are shipped to the address below within 30 days of delivery.
2. Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to us. 
3. If you need an exchange, your first exchange will be shipped free to you. If you have to exchange the already exchanged item again, you'll be responsible for subsequent shipping charges.
4. The merchandise is in great condition, clean, not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
5. It is returned with original tags attached.

If any of the conditions above aren’t met, your return may be denied or you may be given store credit. 

If conditions are met, you’ll be refunded. 

If your original invoice/receipt is lost, print out your shipping confirmation and send with the return package.
